A multi property facility for the residential landlord

Our multi property facility for landlord’s provides comprehensive buildings and contents insurance and is underwritten by Norwich Union. It is available to any landlord with a minimum of three or more residential properties. Substantial savings are available subject to 50% of all properties being tenanted by professional and/or students.

Other Key Benefits include:

• Property Owners Liability £5,000,000
• Automatic cover for additional buildings, extensions or other alterations up to 10% of the Sum Insured
• Up to £2,500 for replacement locks if keys are stolen
• Loss of metered water, gas, oil and electricity up to £5,000
• Any damage caused by emergency services to landscaped gardens up to £25,000
