We are an insurance intermediary that specialises in providing a range of quality, niche insurance products to a variety of markets as well as arranging and administering insurance cover on behalf of our clients. A:Yes. Cover can be arranged online or over the phone by calling us during office hours..
Q:How much will it cost?
A:The insurance premium required will depend on a number of different underwriting factors that are determined during the quotation process. Your proposal/statement of fact shows the cover you have selected and the choices you will have made depend on your own personal circumstances.
Q:How can I pay for my policy?
A:You can choose from a number of easy payment methods. We accept most major debit/credit cards or if you would prefer to spread the cost of your insurance by direct debit we offer a facility that will spread your premium over eight monthly instalments (subject to a small interest charge). Our direct debit facility is only available on policies incepted over the telephone.

A:All claims are sourced and handled by professional and experienced claims handlers. To report a claim and/or incident at the premises please immediately refer to the back of your policy wording where a full claims procedure will be provided. Q:How do I change or cancel my policy?
A:If you wish to make a change to/or cancel your landlord’s insurance policy you will need to put the request in writing. This can be done through the existing customers page or contacting us by post or email, details of which can be found on our contact us page
Q:What is my information used for?
A:We collect and use your personal information to allow us to give you a quote or to enable us to process the purchase or administer the mid-term adjustment of a policy. Such information may include your name, business or trading name, correspondence address, telephone number, email address and other personal information relating to the nature of your policy. Where required we will disclose information about you to regulatory authorities and governing bodies, such as the Financial Services Authority (FSA), as well as our Insurers and other insurance companies for underwriting and claims purposes only. Your details will not be passed or sold onto any third party (unless we have your permission).

A:Protecting your privacy is important to us and we promise to respect and safeguard your personal information by all means possible. All personal information about you will be treated as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a customer), except where the disclosure is made at your request or with your consent in relation to administering your insurance, and except where law requires us.
Q:What can I do if I’m not satisfied?
A:If you are not wholly satisfied with the cover provided by your landlords insurance policy or the service provided by IPG you have the right to cancel your policy. Please refer to the back of your policy wording for further details. If you choose to cancel the policy within 14 days you will be entitled to a full refund on the premium you have paid, providing there have been no claims and/or incidents. If you cancel the policy outside the 14-day cooling off period a pro-rata charge will be made depending on the length of cover provided (subject to any others charges as disclosed within our cancellation terms of the policy wording). You are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations.
